Sew Over It Hebden T-Shirt

The Hebden T-shirt was released by Sew Over It as a Stitch School class in December last year and I really liked the pattern, however since I am quite comfortable sewing with jersey I didn’t really want to pay for the subscription for one pattern. So you can imagine how excited I was when they released this as a PDF pattern in March.

I have wanted a raglan sleeve t-shirt pattern for quite a while so as soon as I heard it was available I became a SOI PDF Club member and got it. The fact that it comes with both a women’s and men’s version was a bonus.

I haven’t tried the men’s version yet, but I just finished the women’s version and I love it!

I used some Jocelyn Proust organic jersey scraps leftover from a gift I made for my sister for the sleeves, and small piece of black jersey I had in my stash for the bodice. This pattern is a great way to use up small scraps. The pattern only comes with 3/4 or full length sleeves, so I shortened them into a t-shirt length.

I really like the fit of this pattern, I didn’t need to make any adjustments and I think it fits perfectly. I found this really quick and easy to sew up too. I think this pattern might be on par with my all-time favourite t-shirt pattern, the Deer and Doe Plantain T-shirt.

Thanks for reading!
